Molecular Beam Epitaxy of Compound Semiconductors and Multifunctional Oxides (BaTiO3, ZnO, HgCdTe, etc)
fabrication of high-performance optoelectronic devices
characterization HgCdTe detectors and avalanche photodiodes
development of spintronic devices using nanowires and novel spin injectors
