ECE welcomes Je’Neil Gant Heading link
Je’Neil Gant joined ECE as an administrative assistant in May and will work with Daniela Tuninetti, professor and department head.
Gant joined UIC in 2016 and spent seven years as a nurse technician in the University of Illinois Hospital emergency department. She received staff honors twice for the care she provided, both within weeks of her hire.
Gant holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration and looks forward to obtaining her master’s degree.
In addition to the positions at UIC, Gant worked as a business administrative associate at the now-shuttered Westlake Hospital, assisting on the medical surgery and rehabilitation floors; as an administrative assistant at Rush University Medical Center, with the faculty affairs and continuing education departments; and for Fresenius Kabi, as a quality assurance specialist.
Gant is excited to return to UIC. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.
